TERMS and CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the facilities, services, and website operated by Nordic Soul (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Use

1.1 Use of the sauna and cold plunge facilities is undertaken entirely at your own risk.

1.2 Users must be at least 16 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or responsible adult.

1.3 All users must comply with any instructions, guidance, or signage provided by staff.

1.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for injury, illness, death, loss, or damage to personal property arising from use of the facilities.

1.5 You are responsible for ensuring you are medically fit to use the facilities. If you have any concerns, you should seek advice from a qualified medical professional prior to use.

You must not use the sauna if you:

a)  suffer from high or low blood pressure or any heart or circulatory disorder or suffer from epilepsy or diabetes;

b) are pregnant; or

c) are prone to dizziness or fainting.

2. Sauna Etiquette and Conduct

2.1 All users must comply with the sauna etiquette rules displayed on site or communicated by staff.

2.2 Without limitation, users must:

  • Shower before entering the sauna and before using cold plunges

  • Sit on a towel while in the sauna

  • Remain barefoot within the sauna and surrounding deck area

  • Enter and exit safely and keep access points clear

  • Limit sauna sessions to a maximum of 20 minutes

  • Avoid touching the stove, guard, or stones

  • Not bring glass items into the sauna

  • Change within their booked time when using changing facilities

  • Remove make-up and skincare products prior to use

  • Ensure hair has not been dyed within the previous 72 hours

2.3 Users must behave respectfully at all times. We reserve the right to remove any person engaging in abusive, unsafe, or antisocial behaviour without refund.

2.4 Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on site.

3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations

3.1 All sessions must be booked in advance via our website or in person, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.2 Payment is required at the time of booking unless expressly agreed otherwise.

3.3 Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.

3.4 Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund.

3.5 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

3.6 If a session is cancelled by us due to maintenance, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will offer either:

a) a rescheduled session, or
b) account credit.

4. Health and Safety

4.1 All users must complete a health waiver prior to using the facilities.

4.2 Entry is prohibited if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Staff reserve the right to refuse entry where intoxication is suspected; no refund will be provided in such cases.

4.3 The sauna must not be used during pregnancy.

4.4 Individuals with medical conditions, including cardiovascular issues, must seek medical advice prior to use.

4.5 We are not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings brought onto the premises.

5. Group Bookings

The person making a group booking is responsible for ensuring that all participants are aware of and comply with these Terms and any safety instructions.

6. Minors and Parental Consent

6.1 A parent or legal guardian must complete and sign the health waiver on behalf of the minor.

6.2 The accompanying adult must have legal authority to provide consent.

I/We confirm that we are the parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult family member of any minor(s) accompanying us. By signing this agreement, we accept full responsibility for the above-named minor(s) during the entire duration of the sauna hire.

The parent, legal guardian, or authorised adult must remain present and supervise the minor(s) at all times while on the premises and during sauna use.

6.3 A minimum supervision ratio of one adult to one child must be maintained at all times.

7. Photography and Marketing

7.1 By attending a session, you consent to photographs or video recordings being taken for legitimate business purposes including marketing, publicity, and promotional materials.

7.2 If you do not wish to be recorded, you must notify staff prior to your session.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be published on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
