These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our facilities, services, and website.

By booking, purchasing, or using our sauna services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Please read them carefully.

1. General Use of Nordic Soul

  • All persons using the sauna and cold plunges do so entirely at their own risk.

  • All users must be at least 16 years old, unless accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • You must follow all safety instructions provided by staff or displayed on signage.

  • Nordic Soul accepts no liability for injury, illness, or loss of personal property.

  • You are responsible for ensuring you are fit and able to use sauna facilities. If in doubt, please consult a medical professional before use.

2. Sauna Etiquette

Sauna etiquette must be adhered to at all times, including:

  • Showering before entering the sauna.

  • Showering before using the cold plunges.

  • Sitting on a towel at all times when in the sauna.

  • Barefoot inside the sauna and on the decking.

  • Entering and exiting the sauna safely.

  • Keeping access points clear to allow others to enter and exit safely.

  • Staying in the sauna for no longer than 20 minutes at a time (we recommend 5–15 minute sessions).

  • Not touching the stove, stove cage, or rocks.

  • No glass inside the sauna. Please bring a water bottle and leave it outside.

  • Getting changed within your booked time slot when using the changing room.

  • Removing make-up and skincare products for hygiene reasons.

  • Ensuring you have not dyed your hair within the previous 72 hours.

  • Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

  • Abusive, antisocial, or unsafe conduct will result in removal from the premises without refund.

  • No vaping or smoking anywhere on the sauna site.

3. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or at our premises, unless otherwise previously agreed via email.

  • If you require a session at a time that is not listed on the website, please contact us at hello@nordicsoulsauna.co.uk

    - we are really happy to accommodate sessions at time that suit you.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed via email.

  • Bookings are non-transferable and subject to availability.

  • Standard bookings may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the session for a full refund.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable.

  • In the event of closure due to maintenance, health and safety issues, or circumstances beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduled session or account credit.

4. Health & Safety

  • Everyone must sign a health waiver before entering the sauna; this is completed at the time of booking.

  • You must not enter the sauna if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Nordic Soul staff reserve the right to refuse entry if they suspect intoxication. Refunds will not be issued in this circumstance.

  • You must not use the sauna if you are pregnant.

  • If you have a medical condition such as cardiovascular issues, please seek medical advice before use.

  • Nordic Soul is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

4. group bookings

If you are making a booking on behalf of a group, it is your responsibility to ensure all participants are aware of, and comply with, these Terms and all safety guidance.

6. Parent/Guardian Consent (Under 16s)

  • You must contact us in advance if you plan to bring someone under the age of 16.

  • A parent or legal guardian must sign the health waiver on the child’s behalf.

  • You must have legal authority to provide consent for the child to participate in sauna use.

7. permission for marketing purposes

By booking a session, you grant Nordic Soul, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs or videos of you and your property.

These may be used for lawful purposes including publicity, illustration, advertising, and website or printed content.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify staff before your session.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
