“The most beautiful and relaxing setting. We were able to watch birds at the feeder and even saw a large hare hopping past. What more could you want as you bask in the peaceful heat of the sauna. The cold plunge pools are crystal clear, and the choice of 2 temperatures is a great touch. Being able to finish with a warm shower and a herbal tea by the fire, made this such a relaxing and wholesome session. Highly recommend this sauna. You will be greeted with a warm welcome, and leave with a glow. I will definitely be back.”

“I absolutely loved this experience. The woodland setting was beautiful and made the whole session feel incredibly calming and restorative. The combination of the sauna and ice bath left me feeling amazing afterwards.
What really made it special though was the host — she was kind, knowledgeable, warm and professional throughout. She struck the perfect balance of giving us space while also offering support and encouragement when I needed it, especially helping me through getting into the ice bath! “A fairytale like grassed path leads you to this magical place, hidden from view from the main car park. Beautifully maintained, a dream like setting instantly setting the mood (a wooded glade with wildflowers, birds and furry critters in the trees). The sauna itself is authentic and perfectly appointed set next to not just one, but TWO crystal clear cold plunge baths. One a balmy 10c, the other set to a wonderfully shocking and revitalising 4c. Excellent changing room facilities, and fire pit with comfy chairs around it adding to the ambience delightfully. Chelsea, the owner, is friendly, enthusiastic, and knowledgable. She'll guide you as necessary ensuring everything is 'just right' especially if it might be your first experience. I caught the sauna/cold plunge bug about a year ago now and am happily addicted, searching out the experience especially when on a camping trip. This is I think the best I've visited yet. Wonderful! “Love it! Such a peaceful woodland setting with all the little comforts you could hope for. The BEST smell of wood-fire sauna combined with bird song - all senses aroused! Instant rejuvenation after the cold plunge, the perfect antidote after a solid morning staring at computer screens. Add herbal tea by the firepit, genuinely lovely and welcoming humans, and cycling back to the office feeling like a functioning human again. All awesome and highly recommend!! We'll be back!”
