A typical session might involve 10-15 minutes in a sauna followed by 1-3 minutes in a cold plunge, with this cycle repeated 2-3 times, start gradually and listen to your body.

The sauna is located at Chalidcott Farm in Semely, Dorset. Instructions on how to find us are sent out in an email prior to your session. We would recommend driving to the site and parking at the electric car chargers. There is plenty of parking and it is a 3 minute walk to the sauna, which is clearly sign posted.

We are open every day from dusk till dawn.

If you would like to request a session at a time that is not shown on the calendar, please do get in touch via email at hello@nordicsoulsauna.co.uk. We are more than happy to accommodate extra sessions.

We have a shared changing area for you to use. We advise that you come ready for your session, less time changing means more time in the sauna.

You can leave your belongings in the changing area.

Nordic Soul is open to everyone. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult at a 1:1 ratio. If you have any underlying health issues or are pregnant, please seek medical advice before booking.

The sauna is around 85-95 degrees.

The cold plunges are set at 8-14 degrees Celsius.

This is England not Finland, so we ask that you wear swimwear.

The toilets are about a 5 min walk from from the sauna site, so we recommend using it before you arrive. They are located at https://w3w.co/hers.warrior.crafts

You can manage your booking within your Nordic Soul account. Cancel with 48 hours notice and receive a full refund. Amend your booking free up to 24 hours before your session. No amendments or cancellations within 24 hours.
